May 6: None of the seeds has sprouted yet, so I abandoned the project.
 
1994
April 13: Started some seeds, 3 x 1 of them in Jiffy 7s.  The seeds were collected from forests in Michigan or Wisconsin.
17: No sprouts yet.
~May 5: Planted 2 more seeds from the freezer.
12: No sprouts from the red maples.
June 20: Still none.
25: All seeds buried in soil in a pot.
August 17: Nothing.
