June 11: I chopped off many forming flower heads.
13: The stalks are entirely green.

May 22: Up but not very tall yet. The divisions are still in pots outdoors. They haven't sprouted but they haven't had any water.
June 30: Looks good. Stalks are a deep red.

May 3: Up.
12: Divided it as it had split into two separate clumps. I got 2 large divisions and 3 small ones, and I don't know what I'll do with them.
August 11: Almost died down.

Doing fine. I have been enjoying a few stalks pulled from it now and then.
July 31: Many stalks are dying back.

June 24: Large plant, has been growing well. I have removed 2 or 3 flower buds but I have let 2 open and I find it rather attractive.
September 15: It grew well but largely died back in August. I harvested only some of the stalks.
 
2012
May 8: I ate a stalk. It was incredibly sweet!
September 19: Did well until mid-August, when it died back because of the lack of rain.

May 22: Up and doing well with about 4 large stalks and one weak one. There was also one whose leaf had died; I ate it and it was good.
June 5:Doing very well.

May 30: I bought a plant at Rona and planted it. The variety is German Wine, and its label says its stalks are green and the sweetest of any rhubarb.
July 12: Doing fine.

June 5:Its leaves have been damaged by wind and apparently by too much sun. I expect it to recover.
