2020 May 28: I sowed 10 spots, 30 seeds, using my old corn seed. June 10: About 4 sprouts. 12: 8 sprouts. 17: About 18 sprouts. I thinned them. August 11: Not very tall but they have tassels and cobs are beginning to form.
2017 May: I bought a package of supersweet corn, Northern Extra Hybrid, from T&T. June: I sowed it in 2 beds. July 12: It is coming along fine. 24: Most plants are at the 9 leaf stage
and on some the tassel is visible inside the base of the top leaves.
It is not as tall as I expected, about 80 cm tall. December 31: I was pleased with the yield.
