March 12:  I sowed 9 cells, with about 5 seeds per cell.
April 3:  Sprouts. They had dried out. I rewatered them a couple of days ago.
19:  They sprouted well after rewatering, but I am down to 3 sprouts now.
May 4:  I could not find the plants outside after the winter, so I let Vic rototill over them.
9:  1 sprout now, doing well.
July 7:  I planted it in a corner.
October 2:  It disappeared.

February 28:  I ordered some seeds of the Popstar variety from Thompson and Morgan, $2.99.
March 18:  They arrived.
21:  I planted 9 cells, with a few seeds per cell.
30:  8 sprouts.
May 23:  I set out my 4 plants.
July 31:  Two are growing well and 2 have died.   As I recall, the 2 that died were attacked by insects early.   They grew very little during our cold June, but came along nicely once heat arrived.
