2013 May 26: I found the basket and jug and filled the jug with water. June 23: No growth.
2012 September 15: I could not find it. I guess it didn't overwinter.
2011 September 6: I pulled a plant out of the water at Phantom Lake, near Flin Flon, Manitoba.
It is intended for my pond. 9: I planted it.
I put it in a basket, with its soil surrounded by peat moss,
put the basket in a jug surrounded by stones, and sunk it in the pond.
All but one of the stems had bent by the time I got it in the water. 27: That one stem is still alive.
